The construction department shall carry out the construction according to the drawings
The construction party must follow the drawings for construction and cannot arbitrarily change the materials, structures, and construction techniques used on the design drawings. This is an important guarantee for achieving energy-saving design. Some construction personnel have low quality, lower standards, and arbitrarily change drawings, resulting in the inability to achieve the design effect during use.
Improve the level of creation and installation
Installation is an important component of window structure, and it plays a decisive role in determining whether the window can achieve good quality. Testing windows with good performance does not necessarily mean that their performance will be good after installation on the wall. How to install a window with tolerances measured in millimeters on a wall opening with tolerances measured in centimeters, and connect the window and wall parts into a system that seamlessly meets certain functional requirements between the window and wall is an important issue. In addition to complying with the technical regulations for general door and window installation, the installation of energy-saving doors and windows should also pay attention to the following points.
1.The variety, model, specifications, performance, opening direction, and sealing treatment of doors and windows must meet the design requirements. The installation of doors and windows must use the method of reserving openings, and it is strictly prohibited to install and build openings at the same time or install first and then build openings.
2. The connection between the door and window frames and the wall must be firm. The gaps between the sides of the external doors and windows and the wall should not be filled with cement slurry, but should be filled with high-efficiency insulation materials such as polystyrene board or polyurethane; A slot with a depth of 5-8mm should be reserved between the inner and outer sides of the outer door and window frame and the wall surface layer, and filled with sealing material without detachment or gaps.
3. The installation of energy-saving doors and windows should be fixed by welding, expansion bolts, or nails according to different material conditions, but nail fixation is strictly prohibited on brick walls. Regardless of the fixing method used, the installation of doors and windows must be firm. Increase the overlap of the window opening gap and reduce the width of the opening gap. According to the materials used, cross-sectional shape, and device location, various sealing strips are used for sealing to improve the air tightness level of the external window. The installation of joint strips and sealing strips on doors and windows should be straight and the combination with doors and windows should be firm and tight.
4.When using plastic doors and windows, various hardware components, fasteners, sealing strips, spacing strips, cushion blocks, sealing materials, and insulation materials that come into close contact with plastic profiles should be compatible with PVC materials in terms of performance. Plastic doors and windows are sensitive to temperature, so they should be stored in a warehouse (shed) below 50 degrees Celsius and kept away from heat sources after entering the site. Attention should be paid to the installation of plastic doors, windows, and glass, and construction should be avoided at low temperatures.
5. The glass installation should be firm and there should be no looseness. There should be no dust or moisture inside the laminated glass, and the double glass spacing strip should meet the design requirements. The single-sided coated glass should be on the outermost layer, and the coating layer should be in the interlayer. When the doors and windows are closed, there is no obvious gap between the fan and the frame, and the sealing strip on the sealing surface is in a uniformly compressed state.
Construction safety and protection of doors and windows after installation
(1) Installation personnel must wear safety helmets and non slip work shoes when entering the construction site. It is strictly prohibited to wear slippers or bare feet. Outdoor installation of doors and windows at high altitudes must be equipped with safety nets, guardrails, and other protective facilities. Safety belts must be fastened during high-altitude operations. To prevent objects from falling and injuring people, it is forbidden to litter downstairs. A warning area should be set up downstairs and a dedicated person should be assigned to guard it. Pedestrians are prohibited from entering the construction area.
(2) The use of welding machinery should comply with the relevant provisions of the current industry standard "Technical Code for Safety of Temporary Electrical Use on Construction Sites" JGJ46, and pay attention to the fire safety of welding sparks.
(3) After installing and sealing the door and window frames on the wall of the opening, they should be protected against collision and vibration within 72 hours. When applying the decorative layer, the protective film embedded in the profile surface should be cut off to prevent the formation of water leakage channels. The holes with installed door and window frames shall not be used as material transportation channels, and it is strictly prohibited to install scaffolding or hang heavy objects on door and window frames or sashes; External scaffolding shall not be pressed against door and window frames, sashes, or window supports. It is strictly prohibited to step on door and window frames, sashes, or window supports. It is strictly prohibited to bump or move doors and windows during cross operation.
As for the building itself, the practical shortcut to energy conservation is to start with "doors and windows". Doors and windows are of utmost importance in improving indoor thermal and lighting environments, and their performance directly determines the energy-saving effect of buildings. Energy saving doors and windows not only effectively seal and prevent pollution and noise, but also save 30% to 40% of energy. Enhancing the thermal insulation performance of doors and windows, reducing their energy consumption, is an important step in improving the thermal and lighting environment quality of buildings and achieving energy-saving goals.
