Advantages and Characteristics

⊙ Reduce heat conduction: Using insulated bridge cut aluminum alloy profiles, its thermal conductivity coefficient is 1.8-3.5W/㎡· k, which is much lower than that of ordinary aluminum alloy profiles, which are 140-170W/㎡· k; Adopting a hollow glass structure, its thermal conductivity coefficient is 2.0-3.59 W/m2 · k, which is significantly lower than that of ordinary aluminum alloy profiles at 6.69-6.84 W/m2 · k, effectively reducing the heat conducted through doors and windows.

Production mode

There are two main production methods for insulation profiles. One is to use insulation strip materials and aluminum profiles to form an "insulation bridge" through mechanical processes such as tooth opening, strip threading, and rolling, known as the "strip threading" method for insulation profiles; Another method is to pour insulation material into the insulation cavity of aluminum alloy profiles, and after solidification, remove the broken bridge metal and other processes to form an "insulation bridge", which is called a "pouring type" insulation profile.

 

The inner and outer surfaces of insulation profiles can be profiles with different cross-sections or profiles with different surface treatments and colors. However, due to the influence of region and climate, it is important to avoid significant stress and gaps between insulation materials and aluminum profiles caused by the large difference in their coefficients of linear expansion during thermal expansion and contraction; At the same time, the insulation material and aluminum profile are combined into one, and in the structure of doors, windows, and curtain walls, they are also subjected to the same force as aluminum. Therefore, it is required that the insulation material must also have tensile strength, bending strength, expansion coefficient, and elastic modulus similar to aluminum alloy profiles, otherwise it will cause the thermal insulation bridge to be disconnected and damaged. Therefore, the selection of insulation materials is very important.
